Membership Terms

The Customer Viewpoint Panel

  • To become a member of The Customer Viewpoint Panel, you must respond to and submit a registration questionnaire sent to you by QuMind. Members are invited to participate in The Customer Viewpoint Panel based on the fairs and exhibitions they attend.
  • By registering for The Customer Viewpoint Panel and connecting to https://thecustomerviewpointpanel.com/, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to the following terms and conditions. The Customer Viewpoint Panel may change these terms and conditions at any time. The current version can be viewed at any time on the website.

Confidentiality

  • The Customer Viewpoint Panel is operated by QuMind, an independent market research firm based in London, United Kingdom. For more information about QuMind please click here.
  • QuMind ensures that the personally identifiable information you provide in the Registration Questionnaire (such as your first and last name and email address) is stored in a secure database in the UK only. It is not accessible to anyone directly involved in the management of The Customer Viewpoint Panel.
  • Any information you provide in the Registration Questionnaire or in subsequent questionnaires (e.g. personal information such as gender, age, income) will be kept confidential and will not be disclosed to third parties unless you have expressly consented to it or if it is required to evaluate the results in aggregate form (That is, no names, addresses or emails are attached to any answers, but instead answers are provided as counts and percentages). Information you provide will be disclosed only to QuMind or RX for the purposes of Research only.
  • QuMind or RX will not take any sales or promotion from you as a result of the information you provide when you join The Customer Viewpoint Panel.

Modification or deletion of information

As a participant, you have the right at any time to cancel your participation in a survey. QuMind and RX do not use information from unfinished surveys. You also have the right to demand the destruction of the record of your responses after submitting your responses. In this case, we will ensure that these answers are not taken into account in our evaluation. Contact by The Customer Viewpoint Panel

  • As a member of The Customer Viewpoint Panel , you regularly receive invitations to research surveys. However, you will be contacted at most twice a week.
  • Participation is voluntary in all surveys and you can terminate your participation at any time.
  • You can terminate your membership of The Customer Viewpoint Panel at any time by clicking on the unsubscribe link in one of the emails you received. Please click here for more information on your rights.
  • As a member of The Customer Viewpoint Panel , you can request help from QuMind on technical or research-related questions. QuMind handles such requests only when a member specifically requests help. QuMind does not commission third parties to process your request on behalf of QuMind.

General competition conditions

  • Due to national legal restrictions, only residents of Austria, Belgium, Brazil, Bulgaria, Canada, Croatia, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Republic of Ireland, Israel, Japan, Malaysia, Mexico, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Romania, Russia Spain, South Africa, Sweden, Switzerland and the United Kingdom.
  • Raffles are offered to participants who complete surveys before the specified date.
  • In order to participate in the raffle, all participants must answer a knowledge question during the survey.
  • Only one entry will be considered for each e-mail address.
  • The winner will be randomly selected from all eligible participants on the date indicated in the invitation.
  • The winner will be notified by e-mail. The prize will be handed over within eight weeks after receiving the e-mail.
  • There are no alternative profits.
  • The names of the winners will be announced on the website.
  • The organizer is QuMind, with registered office at 3 Brook Business Centre, Cowley Mill Road, Uxbridge, Middlesex, UB8 2FX, United Kingdom.

Behavior of the members

  • Registered Members are solely responsible for their behavior when using the The Customer Viewpoint Panel website. The following behaviors are not tolerated:

    • The transmission of explicitly sexual, immoral, dishonest or illegal content.
    • Any form of transmission of programs or files that could interfere with or destroy the functionality of the website, servers, related networks, or other users' computers.
    • The transmission of content for commercial purposes, including any promotional materials.
    • Try to create more than one account for one person.
